Contact with the customer's forwarder to book space in advance, arrange the shipment of goods in time, give timely feedback to the customer after the completion of shipping on aboard, and provide the correct packing list and commercial invoice to the customer for confirmation, then complete the recovery of the balance.
After-sale: Follow up the voyage progress, confirm the actual arrival time, and email to remind the customer to pick up the goods in time, and check the quality of the good. After that, every month will confirm with the customer the actual use of the product and whether there are any problems that need to be improved to ensure the best product service. At the same time, we will follow up whether the customer has a repeat order demand, so as to reserve the production schedule in advance.
