Compared with general-resistant non-woven fabrics, three-anti-resistant non-woven fabrics have stronger resistance in many aspects and are suitable for occasions that require higher protective performance.

Composition and structure General-resistant non-woven fabrics: The composition and structure may vary depending on the specific product, but they usually do not have a multi-layer composite structure like three-resistant non-woven fabrics. Three-resistant non-woven fabric (such as SMMS structure): It is hot-rolled from four layers of spunbond non-woven fabric + melt-blown non-woven fabric + melt-blown non-woven fabric + spun-bonded non-woven fabric. This structure enables the three-resistant non-woven fabric to have stronger protective properties while maintaining breathability.
3. Performance parameters General-resistant non-woven fabrics: Performance parameters may include tensile strength, air permeability, antistatic properties, etc., but they usually do not reach the same high level as three-resistant non-woven fabrics at the same time. Three-antibody non-woven fabric: Performance parameters such as alcohol resistance level, antistatic ability, oil-proof and plasma-proof ability, etc. are clearly marked and usually have higher values. For example, the alcohol resistance level can reach level 10 (i.e. 100% alcohol resistance), and the antistatic ability can reach 108-1012, etc.
4.Application scenarios General-resistant non-woven fabrics: Suitable for occasions that do not require particularly high protective performance, such as general packaging, home decoration, etc. Three-antibody non-woven fabrics: widely used in medical, industrial, protective equipment and other fields, such as surgical gown, surgical drapes, surgical wraps, surgical pack, hand washing gowns, isolation gowns, etc. These occasions have higher requirements for protective performance and require non-woven fabrics with multiple resistances to cope with complex environments.

Identification method Conduct performance tests: If conditions permit, performance tests can be performed on the non-woven fabric, such as alcohol resistance test, blood resistance, oil resistance, anti-static test, etc., to verify whether it has the characteristics of three-anti-non-woven fabric.
